Saltlight is Mar and Ilias — met on a surf trip, married on a sandbar, photographing coastal weddings ever since. Home is Santa Barbara; the calendar says otherwise most months. We pack light, shoot long, and always know where the tide chart is.

Wind in the veil, salt on the lens hood, that one gust that takes the seating cards — we've learned to love all of it. The coast improvises, and the photographs are better for every unplanned wave.
